Have you personally cut and finished step-in openings in existing bathtubs?
YES — you are hired directly with standard Trenworks onboarding. No fee.
NO — the Fast-Track Certification is required, and you pay for it: $4,795 one-time, up front. There is no free training route and no pay-it-off-later. Bathroom renovation, tiling, plumbing or grab bar experience on its own does not count as cutout experience, however many years you have.

Lead Hand — the hire we are looking for, first and foremost
Every metro opens with a Lead Hand. You’re THE Lead Hand for your metro. You install the jobs Trenworks dispatches to you, and you build + train + manage your own Preferred Installer crew as demand grows. Trenworks supplies all materials directly to you — you stock and distribute to your techs. You control who joins your crew and how it operates. Realistic earnings: $2,000+ per day with a functioning 2-3 tech crew. Requirement: bathtub cutout experience, or the paid Fast-Track Certification.
Preferred Installer — only where a Lead Hand is already in place
You install the jobs assigned to you by your Lead Hand. Trained by your Lead Hand on the Trenworks cutting technique. Materials supplied by your Lead Hand for each job. Grow into a Lead Hand slot when one opens — locally or in a new metro Trenworks opens next. Realistic earnings: $500–$1,500 per day based on install volume + add-ons. If your metro has no Lead Hand yet, the Lead Hand role is what’s open — we do not take on Preferred Installers there first.

Trenworks is opening metros across Ontario and the Sudbury–Vancouver corridor. Every metro starts with a Lead Hand:
- Lead Hand in your metro — the opening right now. Run the metro, build your own crew.
- Regional Lead Hand — once your metro is running smooth, expand to adjacent metros with a multi-city Preferred Installer network.
- Preferred Installer — once a Lead Hand is in place, they hire and train their own crew. Prove yourself under them and grow into a Lead Hand slot when one opens.
- Lead Hand in a NEW metro Trenworks opens — current Preferred Installers get first pick over external applicants. Move to the new city, build your own crew, run your own operation.

Fast-Track Certification — Required If You Haven’t Cut Tubs
If you have not personally cut and finished step-in openings in bathtubs, the Fast-Track Certification is how you become a Trenworks Lead Hand. It is required, it is paid up front, and it is the only training route:
- One-on-one on-site training with Robby at your home — not a group seminar, not a video course
- A full bathroom safety upgrade installed in your home during training (cutout, removable door cap, 2 grab bars, safety accessories — retail value $2,500–$3,500). Yours to keep as your live demo showpiece for every future customer.
- Everything you need to be certified and dispatch-ready as a Lead Hand in about a week
- Fee: $4,795 one-time, paid up front. No deferrals, no financing, no paying it off from your first jobs. First Lead Hand in each metro gets $500 off (see first-mover perks above).
Already cut tubs? Then the Fast-Track is not for you — proven bathtub cutout experience means direct hire with standard Trenworks onboarding, no fee. Bathroom renovation, plumbing, tiling or grab bar experience on its own does not qualify as cutout experience.

- Screen. 10-minute call with Robby to confirm fit — both ways. Qualified applicants only, within 24 hours.
- Onboard. If you’ve cut tubs: standard Trenworks onboarding, no fee. If not: the $4,795 Fast-Track, paid up front, with the home install.
- Start dispatch. Alex Closer routes booked jobs to you. You install. You get paid.
- Scale. Recruit and train Preferred Installers under you as your metro grows.
ROBBY ONBOARDS EVERY LEAD HAND PERSONALLY: Robby is one person, and he also runs the installs, the sales and the network. Ontario Lead Hands are onboarded on site. Western candidates are screened remotely first, with on-site training scheduled once you’re confirmed. That is exactly why the qualification gate exists — his time goes to candidates who have cut tubs or have committed to the Fast-Track.
